Who We Are

Outputresponsible Heating & Air is a referral service. We help homeowners in St. Petersburg and the St. Petersburg area reach independent local HVAC providers. That is all we do. We are not a repair company. The work is done by providers in our network, not by us.

Why We Exist

A broken AC or furnace hits a busy home hard. Meals, homework, work calls, and sleep all get tangled up. Searching for help at that moment is stressful. Many people do not know who to trust or what to ask.

We built this site to make that first step simple. Describe the problem. Request an estimate. A local provider takes it from there.

How Providers Are Matched

You tell us what is wrong. It might be an AC that blows warm air. It might be a furnace that will not start. It might be an old unit you want to replace. We pass your request to a provider in our network that serves your area.

The provider then contacts you. You talk about the problem, the timing, and the price. Nothing is set until you agree with the provider.

What We Expect From Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

• Be clear about prices and give a written quote.
• Explain the work in plain words.
• Show up when they say they will, or tell you if plans change.
• Hold the licenses their work requires in Florida.
• Respect your home and your schedule.

You should still check a provider's license and insurance yourself. Ask to see them.

What We Do Not Do

Outputresponsible Heating & Air does not do any of the HVAC work itself. Providers handle repairs, installs, and replacements. We do not set prices. We do not promise a start time. Each provider sets its own rates and availability.

We also cannot tell you what your home insurance covers. That depends on your policy and your insurer. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

You do not pay Outputresponsible Heating & Air to request an estimate. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. You pay the provider for the work, at the price you agreed on in writing.

This fee does not change what you owe. You can compare estimates and say no to any of them. There is no obligation.

Ready Before the Season

Heat and storms come on fast in this part of Florida. It helps to plan ahead. A checkup before summer can catch small problems early. A look at the furnace before the first cool nights can do the same.
